Login - Recovering your username and password

If your account was created recently, we recommend looking for the confirmation email that was sent to you  when you registered before resetting your password.

  1. If trying to access the Client Login page and you have a new account, be sure you have verified your email address before resetting your password.
  2. Select the Trouble Logging In link
  3. Select the appropriate item, username or password.
    • If you do not know your username, select this option first.
    • Your username will be entered to to request a temporary password.
  4. Once you have your username and password, return to the login page and enter the information.
    • We recommend using Copy and Paste if you received a new password to ensure that it is entered correctly
    • Be careful not to copy any blank spaces that may be at the end of the temporary password.
  5. If you received a new password, select Edit User -> Change Password from the header menu and update your password to one you will remember.
    • We again recommend using Copy and Paste of the temporary password to ensure that it is entered correctly
    • Enter/paste the temporary password as the Current Password.
  6. Securely record your username, email and password to allow for future access.

Passwords and username's are encrypted in the system and the only means of addressing issue with them is to use the automated process as explained above.
