My Status does not show complete

For security and privacy reasons, we utilize separate systems to server the questionnaire and provide account access.  The questionnaire system will sync the information collected with your account after the system properly processes the information collected.  This cycle is approximately every 7 minutes.

If you have recently finished the questionnaire and your status is not updated, it should update shortly and you will receive an email notifying you that everything is complete.  If it has been more than 30 minutes since you have completed the questionnaire, then please use the Contact Us button found within your account to provide us the necessary information to review your questionnaire.
