The system will show you the message 'Password should be 4 - 20 alphanumeric characters'. The key here is alphanumeric which has a definition of ' consisting of or using both letters and numerals'. If you are attempting to use special characters or punctuation, you will need to remove them from the password you are attempting to use.

The system is designed to identify duplicates accounts and when found, it locks the accounts and marks them as a Violation of the T&C's.
