BestWork is committed to providing accurate, meaningful, and secure results based on your unique profile. To protect your information and maintain fairness for all users, please review the following account policies.
One Account Per Individual
Each person may maintain one account only within the BestWork system. This helps ensure data accuracy, secure access, and consistent results.
If you need your login information, please use the recovery tools available at www.BestWorkDATA.com/cr or follow the instructions provided in your original confirmation email.
Secure Access Verification (2FA)
To protect your account, BestWork uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when access verification is required. This may include sending a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to your registered email address or mobile phone number.
By creating, accessing, or using the BestWork system, you consent to receive these OTP messages by email or SMS text message for authentication, security, and account access purposes.
Standard carrier messaging or data rates may apply for SMS messages depending on your mobile provider.
No Duplicate Accounts
Creating multiple accounts is not permitted. This includes creating another account to:
- Correct previously entered information
- Retake questionnaires or assessments
- Bypass system controls or limitations
- Use multiple identities within the platform
Duplicate accounts compromise system integrity and are a violation of BestWork policy.
Received a New Invitation?
Receiving a new invitation does not mean you should create a new account.
If you already have a BestWork account, use your existing account information during registration. Invitations are simply a company’s request for you to share your DATA with them through the BestWork platform.
Correcting Information
If you entered information incorrectly, you may correct eligible profile details after logging into your account.
Errors in data entry are not a valid reason to create a second account.
Consequences of Policy Violations
If duplicate or unauthorized accounts are identified:
- Associated accounts may be flagged for review
- Results may be withheld or unavailable
- Access may be restricted or suspended pending verification
