Why Doesn't BestWork Provide Individual Scores?

Overview

BestWork does not provide numerical scores for individual personality traits or a single overall psychometric score.

Instead, our system measures hundreds of psychometric characteristics through our proprietary 7th Generation Questionnaire and uses those measurements collectively to generate the reports and relational charts provided to participants and organizations.

The value of the assessment comes from the relationships between these measured characteristics—not from any single measurement or score.

How BestWork Measures Psychometric Information

Every questionnaire response contributes to a comprehensive psychometric profile. Rather than evaluating a participant using isolated trait scores, our system measures numerous behavioral, motivational, and work-related characteristics and analyzes how they interact with one another.

These measurements are evaluated together using proprietary models developed through years of research and refinement. The resulting reports are designed to provide meaningful insights into workplace behaviors, communication styles, strengths, motivators, and other employment-related characteristics.

Because each report is generated from the complete collection of measured psychometric information, it cannot be accurately represented by a list of individual scores or a single composite value.

Why Individual Scores Are Not Available

A single psychometric measurement has little meaning when viewed independently.

The insights provided in BestWork reports are produced by evaluating the relationships among all measured characteristics. Removing one characteristic from that context—or attempting to assign an overall score—would not accurately represent the participant's profile and could easily lead to incorrect conclusions.

For this reason, BestWork does not calculate, maintain, or display:

  • Individual trait scores
  • Raw psychometric values
  • Composite personality scores
  • Overall assessment scores

Instead, the system generates reports that interpret the complete psychometric profile using all measured characteristics together.

Are Raw Scores Available?

No.

BestWork is designed to deliver actionable psychometric insights through its reports and relational charts—not through numerical scoring.

Because the reporting system is based on the interaction of all measured characteristics rather than isolated values, there are no individual or composite scores available for review by participants, employers, or support personnel.

What Information Is Available?

The information available from a completed questionnaire includes the reports and relational charts generated by the BestWork system.

These reports represent the complete interpretation of the participant's psychometric profile and contain the information intended for use by participants and organizations.

If you have questions about understanding a report, our support team will be happy to assist.
