- Choose Your Option: Select whether you need help with your username or password. If you're unsure about your username, go ahead and select that option first.
- Request a Temporary Password: Once you enter your username, you’ll receive a temporary password via email.
- Update Your Password: If you receive a temporary password, it’s a great idea to change it to something more memorable before completing your company registration.
- Log In: Head over to the login page and enter your details.
- Change Your Password: After logging in, click on Edit User in the header menu, then choose Change Password to set a new password that you can easily remember.
- Using the Temporary Password: To ensure accuracy, we suggest using the Copy and Paste method for the temporary password. Enter or paste it as the Current Password.
- Return to Registration: Once you have your username and new password, revisit the registration page using the invitation link you received originally and fill in the necessary information.
- Keep It Safe: Make sure to securely record your username, email, and password for future access.
Important Note: Please refrain from creating a new account, as duplicate accounts will be locked, and you won’t have access to your results.
