You can easily start or return to the questionnaire by following the same steps you initially used. Just make sure to enter the details linked to your existing account. We've listed the instructions below for your convenience.

Before You Begin:

Ensure you have these handy:

  1. Original Invitation Email: This contains the link to access the questionnaire through the company’s registration page.
  2. Confirmation Email (if you already have an account): This confirms the username and password that you used when initially creating your account.
  3. Instructions: See below for a quick guide on completing the questionnaire.

How to Complete the Questionnaire:

  1. Access the Company Registration Page: Use the link from the invitation email sent by the company. Remember, this link is special to you!
  2. Enter your Registration Details: Enter your account details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address  (If email is does not return safe, enter a different email address to proceed)
    • Username
    • Password
  3. Click Check boxes to enable Proceed.
    • Click on Account Policy at the top of the form to open the Account Policy window.
    • Review the Account Policy then close the window.
    • Click the "I confirm that I have read the Account Policy and have only one account." checkbox.
    • Click the "I provide access to my DATA." checkbox
  4. Proceed Through the Steps: Click "Proceed" to move to the confirmation page.
  5. Browser Check: Ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser. Find out how.
  6. Continue: Click "Settings Verified - Continue" to proceed.

Important Reminder:

Please refrain from creating a new account, as it will block your results. Ensure all details are correct, and press "Proceed" to continue smoothly. If you encounter any issues, such as an error saying your email is already in use, check your username or password using our recovery tools at www.BestWorkDATA.com/cr.
