Open the Questionnaire on a Computer

Whether you received a personal invitation link or signed up using a company registration page, here’s how you can access and complete your questionnaire on a computer with ease.


✅ If You Received a Personal Invitation Link

To get back to your questionnaire, simply use the original link provided to you by the company. It's the same link you used to open the questionnaire on your phone or another device.

Here are a couple of cheerful tips to help you transfer that link to your computer:

  • 📧 Email the Link to Yourself
    Copy the invitation link from the original message and send it to your own email. Once it’s in your inbox on your computer, just click the link to continue.

  • ⌨️ Type the Link Manually
    If you’d rather type it in, view the link on your phone and enter it into your computer’s browser carefully.

    Tip: Watch out for easily confused characters like lowercase “l” and uppercase “I”, or uppercase “O” and the number zero “O”. The link is case-sensitive—double-check each character!

✅ If You Registered Using a Company Registration Page

You can return to your questionnaire by logging in with the same details you used to create your account. Follow these steps:

Before You Begin:

Make sure you have:

  • 📩 Your original invitation email

  • ✅ Your confirmation email with your username and password

How to Complete the Questionnaire:

  1. Use Your Unique Link
    Open the link in your invitation email—this is specific to you.

  2. Log In with Your Account Details
    Enter:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Username

    • Password

  3. Click “Proceed”
    Move to the confirmation page.

  4. Watch the Video
    A short, helpful video will guide you.

  5. Browser Check
    Ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled. Need help?

  6. Click “Settings Verified – Continue”
    You’re on your way!
